Switch Sign
Transformation
Besides switching the sign of a number, you can also switch between plus (+) and minus (–) sign.
Example
Let’s use it for ‘Forecast ± Error %’.
270 ± 7%
Let’s enable Calculate While Typing (⌘=) to see the result.

Transformation
Inverse transforms the subject to its reciprocal, i.e.
something → 1/something

Toggle Formats
Let’s look at the format commands under View > Format.
They actually toggle the format:
Default◀⌘ K▶Decimal Places
Default◀⌘ L▶Scientific Notation
Default◀⌘ /▶Fraction
This means you can press ⌘/ for fraction,
and press ⌘/ again to go back.

Polar◀⌥⌘ P▶Rectangular
Copy as PDF
You can do it via Edit > Copy Expression (⇧⌘C).
The PDF of the expression is automatically copied.
PDF Scale
You may notice Export as PDF lets you to set a scale for PDF.
This scale also applies to the PDF you are copying.
